Complaint / review text:
I have reconnected my dstv yesterday afternoon but the decoder was only scanning. After several phone calls to dstv the said i have to take the decoder in to be tested. After 20:00 we recieved signal and have been waching dstv till late last night and also this morning. Just after 17:00 today the singal was lost again and again i phone dstv several times to get it fix. Only to find that they have change there signal and i have to take my decoder in and exchane it for a new one which i have to pay again!!! Why have they let my reconnect if i do not have the right decoder and i mean my decoder is not that old!!! They take the money for the signal which i do not get? They advertice you can exchange your old decoder for a new one but the consultant tell me i will still have to buy a new decoder? How is this possible. I can not keep on buying every time they change there signals.?..
