On Air TV debited my account on the 19/12/2014 even though I clearly stated over the phone that I only receive my salary on the 25th of each month, this resulted in my bank bouncing the debit order and charging me a fee of R90 for the debit order that bounced.
I now recieve a call from one of your agents informing me the debit order did not go off and that this can result in me being reported at the credit bureu.
I WANT TO KNOW WHO GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT ON THE 19/12/2014 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. YOU guys are very quick to call when you dont recieve the money but you cannot call your customers to confirm a debit order date...!!! I want to be reimbursed the R90-00 that my bank now charged me for your negligence!
I dont mind paying my debit that bounced but i dont understant why i have to now pay a extra R90 due to you just doing what you WANT!!!
