Complaint / review text:
After phoning, sending email, I eventually got a case number (5953416) to load new HD decoder and remove old SD decoder from account. This case number I received on the 14th, yet today the 21st it is still not solved. I called contact centre, duration of call was over 55 minutes, problem still not solved. I bought decoder in sealed box with smart card in machine, yet they say smartcard does not belong to the decoder. I am not willing to drive 60km to take decoder to nearest agent aftter spending a lot of money to solve the problem already.
