To whom it may concern

My wife and I are avid movie fans and we make a point of once a week attending whatever is showing in the prestige theater at Sandton City. I am currently disabled and am unable to attend your normal theaters so the prestige has allowed us to start watching movies again.

I booked 4 tickets to a movie for Tuesday afternoon at your prestige theater in Sandton. Unfortunately due to a finger error I booked the wrong movie. We were trying to book for 50 Shades of Grey but I inadvertently booked for American Sniper. As soon as I realised my mistake I called into your call centre and was told sorry NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGES, NOT OUR PROBLEM. Now I realise the mistake was my own but to completely deny me any way to rectify this has left me with a relatively bad taste. Please could I have someone get back to me with an alternative to this NO, NO, NO. Policy as I would like to keep on as a customer of yours.
