I wish to lodge a complaint, regarding the eft payment I made on 26 January 2015 that have not been correctly allocated to my account. Every time I call the call center, I am told that I still owe multichoice for the box office payment. I have made a query to the payments dept via email, I was send back an email stating that payment have been received, BUT (on the wrong date) and when I asked about this no feedback was ever send back to me. I attached the internet statement that clearly shows the money has been transferred, why is it so difficult to allocate the money I paid if the reference number used is my account number???
I want this matter sorted, because it is UNACCEPTABLE that still a month later the payment is not allocated. And this done after I followed the consultants advice to change the account name to multichoice africa / box office.
A disgrace to want to rip people off and expect them not to get irritated with the fact that payment are not allocated correctly.
