Have to pay more to have what I had

I'm a premium subscriber where Mnet was not included in the DSTV package but is received on a separate Mnet decoder. This allows to watch DSTV channels on one TV and Mnet on another at the same time. (This however was recently upgraded by yourselves where I had both Mnet on the Mnet decoder and DSTV automatically.) However the Mnet decoder still worked.
My DSTV decoder packed up and I had bought a PVR some time back.
After changing to my new PVR, they cannot activate my Mnet decoder anymore and I have had I have to buy a Xtra view subscription at an additional R75/month with another decoder I had.
Explain why the change of decoder has caused this? Now I don't really have extra view as II have to use that to receive Mnet.
What kind of service is this?
Why don't you offer an Mnet subscription on a DSTV decoder at the same rate as the Mnet subscription?
This is what happens when you have a monopoly. The rules are changed to suit you not the customer.
