Purchased two tickets from My Ticket Tracker. They did not issue the tickets--they were supposed to be mailed to me. On the day of the event, they called and told me my tickets were cancelled and that they would issue a refund. They owe me $268.16. They have not issued a refund. When I email the customer service, I get a response telling me I have to call. When I call, there is no answer. How is this company still in business???
