Complaint / review text:
Friday night, the 27th of March 2015 our car was broken into. We were parking in the secure Monte parking, where we had paid to park and trusted our car was safe. We went for dinner, an hour later we went back to our car, the door was broken and they had our laptop out of the boot of the car.
There was only one security guard on duty for two levels!?
We were informed after we had reported it that it would be sorted out. We have heard nothing.
This is causing us allot of money to replace and repair, for parking that we pay for, for security... I want to know what Monte is going to do about this and who will be reinstating the money we have lost. I saw that nowhere was there a sign stating, parking at your own risk, why do you pay for parking if this is what you get back to. Look this is SA but what I want to know is, what is Monte going to do about this as whoever I have told was in shock, the first thing they had said... But I thought Monte's parking was totally safe?!
