Complaint / review text:
The beginning of January 2015 I notified Multichoice that I would be moving and requested my account / debit order be cancelled.
I received confirmation from them with a reference number (6003879) that my debit order has been cancelled effective 28 February 2015.
I then notified Multichoice that I had sold my decoder and supplied both my and the buyers details for their records.
My account was debited by Multichoice.
Myself and the new owner once again contacted Multichoice with all the relevant documentation (change of ownership document, Certified copies of both ID Documents etc) the 16th March 2015.
My account is STILL being debited on a monthly basis.
This is totally unacceptable.
I will NEVER go through Multichoice again, as they are useless!
