I have for a week now, tried to get someone to explain why the r140.00, i paid is not reflecting on my boxoffice account.
I paid r140.00 25.05.2015, to the multichoice account, which i have previously used before and used the reference 49236784 (box office account number), as requested to do by multichoice, in order for me to access the boxoffice movies. I have had problems with multichoice from day one and up to today i still cannot access boxoffice.
I was asked to send proof of payment, i have snipped, used paint to send to multichoice but they keep claiming that they cannot read the format, i cannot send the proof in any other format. Please can someone who has shares and cares about this business, ask for your accounts department to look for a r140.00 in your bank statements, paid 25.05.2015, those payments of that amount cannot be many, as this would sit in your unallocated amounts in your books.
It is ridiculous for multichoice to phone me at 16h00 today and ask me again to take time out of my busy schedule to ask the bank to send proof of payment (so that i can get charged again).. It is ridiculous.
Can someone who is not so lazy, have my funds sorted today4 boxoffice
