Debiting my account without my authorisation

I have had terrible experience with Multichoice. First of all i am registered for self service and i do most of my payments online. Since January for reasons beyond my comprehension i was unable to log int o my account and it took them 5 months to resolve that. Secondly as a result of their incompetence i did not receive statement or was able to check online as i couldn't log in this resulted in slight delay in payment. Since January till date i have spent over R1000 to call them for their mistake. On the 23rd of may i spent over 2 hours on the phone over an argument and the consultant said i had an outstanding of less than R120. I made the payment immediately. Last week i was checking my self service profile only to find out that it says i owe another R626 as my debit order didn't go through. I have never registered a debit order with multichoice so how did they come about the figures. I have made payments for my dstv regularly and i am definitely certain that i do not owe a cent. Now they claim that i owe for the month of April while we are in June and my statement from them clearly states that they received payment. I have requested for for to no avail.
