Complaint / review text:
I made a payment on 28 July 2014 and sent my proof of payment to I received a case number stating that I will receive a response within 24 hours, I am still waiting for this response a week later. I have phoned Multichoice last Tuesday to follow-up on the matter, the consultant was very helpful at the time and told me that everything will be sorted on Friday 01 August. It is Monday and nothing has been sorted out. My account is still in arrears!
The amount of incompetence at Multichoice's payments department is staggering!
They have my account number, my ID, my address, my cellphone number, my proof of payment, what else do I need to give them!? Its absolutely ridiculous!
