Complaint / review text:
I made a payment on the 1st August (as per my payment date) on Monday 4th August my service is suspended. I send the proof of payment to Multichoice and get a reference number and note that it will be sorted in 24 hours. At 7 o'clock Monday night I have a look on the website, to try and clear the error only to see I am in arrears - the re connection fee, I decide to pay it, and seconds later my Dstv is on again. How is that possible? My payment is "late", but the reconnection fee only takes seconds to be allocated?
My payment wasn't late, are you going to credit the reconnection fee?
