In January this year I received a phone call from Siyakhula to try out there cleaning products - a test kit. When the order arrived my cleaning staff informed my that the product was not a good product and I decided not to place an order again. However in April, another delivery arrived. When I queried with Siyakhula why they explained that the test products arrive in 2 separate deliveries . Sp although the product was inferior we paid for it all. And I was assured that we would not receive any more. However today I received another full delivery. I intend to return the product un opened. But I would really like to know if we have any legal way to stop them delivering?
