Complaint / review text:
I sent an email to cancel my subscription to your service on 28/10/2013. I was then requested to forward the email as proof of cancellation, which I did numerous times. I have sent countless emails to query why I'm still receiving invoices and why my cancellation commences on 08/02/2014,3 months after I cancelled and being invoiced for November, December and January 2014. Altech is now threatening to list me on ITC for unpaid premiums. Kindly assist.
