I have been trying to update my details, thought I could do it in store but that proved fruitless. I was given a number to call, which you can never get through. I finally get through and I'm told I need to fax my ID as my initial does not correspond with what is on the system and then call back. I mean this is ridiculous. All I want to do is update my details as I installed an app where I will be able to keep track of my account, only because TFG is so not updated that they do not email statements. That's all I ever wanted, can you not update your systems and save paper like the rest of the world? Such pathetic service from this group, instead of assisting you make it so difficult for a simple task to be done. All other stores update details in store with no problems, why do you have to inconvenience clients to this extent? TFG Has wasted so much of my time & money on phone calls and still my app is useless as my details are not updated.
