I paid by a debit card, after I entered the pin the transaction was immediately approved and I received a message confirmation from the bank on my cellphone. But the cashier struggled with the machine after taking out my bank card. She could not get a receipt. So she called for the Admin Manager, who explained that the transaction will be reversed after 24 hours and that I should pay again with my card as the 1st payment is invalid. I explained that I could not do that because I have already received a confirmation of payment. And she said I should pay again, if the 1st payment is not reversed I should come back to their store and get my refund. I asked if they will refund my travelling expense seeing that I am the one who is going to travel to their store should the transactions go through. She said they wouldn't refund me. I did pay again. Both transactions went through. The 1st transaction has not been reversed yet. And she did not bother to call and ask if my situation has been sorted. I ended up paying double for the goods I received.
