Hearing of a special on printer cartridges is always a plus in a company using their printers allot, so when Siyakhula Products phoned to promote their cartridges it sounded like a good deal, after the cartridges have been delivered and the payment was made I was under the impression that I was done with these people. Today 23/09/2014 I get a phone call from the same company apologizing about the shortage of their stock and that my back order is on its way, confused I asked the gent what he was talking about as I haven't ordered anything from them after my last payment. I put down the phone in his ear after he started giving me attitude about how I'm liable for this that and the next... Does anybody else know what to do in this instance?
