I ordered a parcel on the 11 September 2014 from parcel was supposed to be 24 Hour Delivery. I have ordered parcels in the past where by Courier was selected as the delivery method. For some reason Post Office is automatically selected. I didn't pick this up until the next day. I phone Kalahari on Friday 12th and asked a gentlemen to track which post office it was delivered too as i had given a physical address for courier. Braamfontein has 4 post offices in the area. The gentlemen told me he would track it and see if he could not change the delivery to courier it to my office as before. He told me he would phone back and he didn't call back. On the 17 September i requested to return parcel as no one had communicated. I phoned again and spoke to another lady who said she would let me know which Post Office it was delivered too. She said i would receive an email within 48 Hours. It's been 168 Hours and i still haven't received the feedback. I am aware of the postal strike but no one has communicated with me. The lady i spoke to said she was to help me with a refund. I still want the parcel and asked if it could rather be Couriered and the old parcel be collected from Post office
