I bought a set of couches in August 2013 (1x 3 seater, 1x 2 seater).in June/July 2014 we noticed a defect in the material and the couches were collected by Wetherlys to be recovered with a 2 week deadline promised. After not hearing anything for a full month, I contacted Miso who gave me a number of excuses. Given recent events I directly asked her if this was due to the problems with African Bank which she admitted was the problem. I was informed that the accounts department had not paid the supplier and that my couches were therefore not going to be released. I gave the deadline of today (8/10/2014) and neither Greg nor Miso bothered to notify me that this deadline would not be met. We have now been without couches for over TWO MONTHS. The couches are still not ready for delivery so I insisted on my money back. I was informed that this process would take a FURTHER 7-14 days. I am not convinced I will be refunded as they are clearly in financial difficulty. If I am refunded, I will have been without couches for THREE MONTHS before I can even place an order and pay for couches from another store. Their service has been horrendous, regardless of their financial situation!!
