Complaint / review text:
I've placed an order with Kalahari on the 23rd of September. By the 29th the Order read 'Ready for pick-up' at the post-office. I've NEVER used the post office for deliveries. The delivery address on their system is correct, so why was it sent to the post office? After calling the call centre I eventually received one of the five items I ordered.
I called again to ask where the rest is. I was informed that it is at the post office warehouse and they cannot tell me when I will receive it. They can't refund me either. WHY? I'm not receiving my goods. It was your mistake sending it to the post office. I was told that I selected post office delivery and it was my fault. Excuse me! I've always had my parsels delivered to my work address. The delivery adress STILL on your system.
This is rediculous!
I've always been so happy with kalahari's service, but now after struggling for 3 weeks to get my order, that according to the system would have reached me in 2 days, I cannot see myself using them again. It is easier to just go to the shop... It will not take 3 weeks.
Please tell me how do I explain to my 4 year old daughter why her presents have still not arrived?
