I have been a eBay's member since 2006... I sold many things and bought even more stuff there during all those years, but this means anything for the company! I bought a fake Chanel, a fake Hermes belt (amongst many other items) and have never received any refund or any sort of help from eBay. I recently sold some items on their site, to make some extra money and for my misfortune, 3 buyers cancelled their purchases. And what is there for me to do? I need to open Unpaid items cases (which I did), lose time and effort trying to sort it out and all eBay does is to agree not to charge me on the cancelled transactions? Fees on eBay are astronomical and they should help you better in getting things sorted out! I suppose, if eBay had stricter rules for buyers as they have for sellers, fewer buyers would bid on things they don't intend to pay for and sellers wouldn't be so disappointed. After this experience, I will finally stop selling on eBay's site and I hope, to find another platform that provide better services for those people who genially need to make some extra money.
