Complaint / review text:
On 8 September I placed an order with Kalahari (12 days delivery time). On the 18th I received an automated email to advise that the parcel will be delivered within 2 to 4 days. On 25 September I followed up with an email as I have not yet received my parcel. I did however receive an automated respondse advising that a consultant will attend to my query within 24 - 48 hours unless it is high season of which it could take longer. On the 29th, I followed up again as I have not had further communicaton. I then received a response (same day) advising that the parcel was shipped that day and that I can expect delivery within 2-3 days. Still nothing. After enquiring telephonically on the 7th of October when the personnel assured me all will be sorted with highest priority and that I would be kept in the loop, still no joy and I had no further communication. I had to postpone my studies as thsi was a text book. Fedex, the courier, made contact yesterday to advise that the parcel will be delivered today. They were not even aware that the parcel is over a month late... I received the parcel today, 32 days overdue... This isn't the first time I've received a parcel late from Kalahari!
