In February 2014 I purchased couches from Russells in Johannesburg, kerks August the stitches from the couches started to loosen and opening up where it is joined. I called Russells to inform them about the problem, they then told me I was covered and that they will come collect the couches for repair. On the 4th of September 2014 they indeed came to collect the couches, the couches were taken to Jetpark Warehouse. Few days after I was informed that the insurance company will not pay for the services because it does not cover damages of Human Couse/Human negligence. I understood and requested that the couches be returned to me, now I have been waiting for those couches to date. I have not received any update on the date of when the couches will arrive, it's been a month now. I have been calling them (the head office: Responsible person-Graig and the Branch: responsible person: Edward) no one is willing to assist as to when I will receive those couches. Every time I call to enquire, they promise to get back to me and they never do. It's the same story every day for a month now and I'm not getting any help.
