Complaint / review text:
Me and my fiance visited the @home store in Gallaria and was assisted by friendly and very helpful staff, they did not have all the quantity of items that we required so they were kind enough to call the Gateway store who had stock, to keep all the stock aside and they also contacted the Pavilion branch to also keep the balance of the stock that we could not get at Gateway and they were advised that we will collect the following day.

Then... Getting to the Gateway store the next morning they did not keep the stock aside, they did not even remove the stock from the shelves, after bringing some stock from the back I had to tell them that we asked for all the stock and then only did they remove the stock from the shelves, due to this I could not get all the stock I wanted and there was a don't care attitude, they did not even offer to assist or to find stock from another branch.

We then went to the pavilion store and asked them for ALL there stock as Gateway let us down, we were assisted once again by helpful staff that assisted us efficiently and friendly.

It is shocking to see what a difference staff can make to a store and we will not return to the Gateway branch.
