Hellopeter last year month end of may i went to exact workshop durban to settled my account, it was a sunday. They told me the settlement amount and they i ask the reseason for closing the account, i told them that i dont like their account anymore, so they gave the settlement amount then i settle my account but they they told since they could'nt get anyone from head office to confirm the closed of the account, i can go to any retail store they deal with after seven days to check if my account was closed. I did that yes my account was closed on the 2013/07/07, but now i'm told that i'm owing them r169, if i ask them what for, there are telling me its for magazine but i closed my account, how can i owe magazine which i never received and plus if i closed the account why they never closed magazine also, or ask me if i still want magazine maybe. Worse happened they handed my name to the lawyer's. Who's fault is that they never closed magazine while i did mention that i don't like their account anymore. There r definitely me also their destroying my name and my good reputation with other stores. Can some sort this out cause i'm not willing or prepared to pay that amount.
