Still no resolution to the problem of getting my cellphone back. I was told to call Finrite myself by staff at Edgars Kenilworth and when I did this it was clear that no attempts had been made to make any progress on the matter. Finrite told me to get the responsible SHOP ASSISTANT to resolve the matter, which is what I had attempted to do for nearly 2 months. Why can no one take responsibility here and just do their jobs effectively? I have now wasted 2 months of a paid contract because of this incompetence. Just give me my phone back!
