I just sold some gold last week. My feedback is 853 100%. I want the sellers to be very aware in selling on eBay. I had 2 buyers that overpay on my items. Now the buyer wants some refund and one gave me my first negative feedback then open a case. One I sold him 10k gold bracelet 2.2g and he paid $42. He said that the latch does not work. I am the one who shipped it and checked it - nothing wrong with it. I called eBay customer service about this buyer first about the feedback and this is what they said to me. "Not to worry about feedback - it’s just an opinion. It will not affect your selling" and they want me to refund the buyer $15 - that's almost half. EBay will not help the seller but what they forgot that the buyer will not exist without a seller. I am 100% finished selling on eBay. Since 2007, I did secure some good buyers that I can sell direct without eBay NIGHTMARE.
