Complaint / review text:
I paid my account of R500 @ Greenstone on 25 Jan using Absa debit card. On 28 Jan the amount was deducted from my account. On the 29 Jan a further R500 was deducted. I called the call centre and they informed me that their bank was having a problem and my money will be reimbursed in 24 hours. Last night (30 Jan) a further R500 was deducted.
I called the call centre this morning (31 Jan) and got the same answer. There had been no official communication from Truworths regarding this.
Reimburse me my money
