I do not understand why cant i get feedback or somebody to take responsibility for my enquiry with Edgars.
I have made numerous visits to edgars stores, as well as making various calls to call centre but I haven't received any decent response
On 17/12/2014 I paid my full balance on my Edgars account at Westgate Edgars store. Thereafter i contacted the call centre and informed them that i wished to have my account closed and Credit Bureaus to be updated.
According to ITC (Credit Bureaus) to date i still have an active account with Edgars that has a Balance of R855.23
If you guys do Bureaus info update request on a monthly basis why is my balance details not updated
For a big Financial Firm such as Edcon i would think Accuracy is crucial
Please updated my account details on ITC
Do i have to call you guys 25 times, visit your store 5 times, send various emails, complain on hello peter, before you close my account and do update on ITC
