Complaint / review text:
I haven't had a chance to set up and use the Fonality phone system. But I heard that that when somebody called to the office's main phone number, not all the phone rings. We also get harassing calls from what I think are ghost phones, with numbers showing as 1000 or 4000. I also have a user complaining that he doesn't know how to answer if there's a second call coming in (how to hold the 1st call to answer the 2nd) - it's not easy. I don't know if it's a technical problem or limitation or something else. I also don't know how to get a call to transfer to another line if the first line called is busy. Furthermore, when we would make international calls, I start to dial 9, then 011, then the country code - but sometimes it just seemed very difficult. Why do we need to dial up 9, not directly call 011 and the country code and the rest of the number?
I'm the person responsible for running the whole business operation so I do not have a time/chance to call their Customer Service. But I always have another person call and he's complaining every time he called, it's just like a they're taking/recording the message then they have a technician call back. That's kind of weird because usually when you call, you can talk to customer service rep or technician directly. But Fonality's service is different - they open the ticket or something and then the technician call back from the Philippines or somewhere out the country.
