Complaint / review text:
I have been trying since January to get a contract cancelled from telkom for which I had no signal as confirmed by one of their technicians ref no (17284237).
I have mailed the cancellation forms, spend hours on the phone to no avail even visited one of their shops. I have also returned the LTE device to a shop in Fourways.
What else can be done, the are now using Nudebt Management Pty Ltd to get funds from my account as I have cancelled the debit order via my bank?
