I was coaxed into trying Shipstation.
Do NOT ever talk to a so-called Account Manager. They never take responsibility. They are very defensive.
They have so so so so so so many software issues it’s crazy. Within 6 weeks, I wasted about 10 hours of my time on the phone, chat, emails. I don’t call that very efficient. They want me to constantly report to them their problems. They want me to take screenshots, do this, do that. In the end, they said since no one else reported problems that it has to be my computer. What a joke!!
I asked to cancel my account and the so-called account manager, Lauren, said she would get back to me. After 2 days, no response. I emailed her, then without warning, she cancels my account.
To be fair, their chat is very good. They are knowledgeable and patient. That is one part I got all to familiar with. The problem is I spent way too much time on there trying to figure out all their bugs and NOT user friendly program.
SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THEIR ACCOUNT MANAGERS I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
PROGRAM IS OVER THE TOP. THEY DON’T UNDERSTAND LESS IS MORE. THEY WANT SO MANY FEATURES IT RUINS THE PROGRAM.
