Complaint / review text:
I ordered a Safariland holster and soft pistol case from them on February 17. The holster made it by the end of the week.
There was no indication of the pistol case being on backorder when I placed the order. About two days after I placed the order, I was sent an email with a link to an order confirmation page. There was no indication of it being back-ordered then. A few days later (after my holster arrived without the pistol case) I logged on to find that it was on backorder.
Every Monday since then (It is March 14) they have pushed the backorder date further and further out. This is the last time I order anything from them.
Unprofessional at best. Judging by the other complaints on this thread, this is SOP for this turd of a company.
