We purchased rugs from SelectShops.com. We wanted to return the merchandise and was told we would have to wait 2 weeks to get an RA number from them.
It appears manufacturers drop ship their merchandise directly to a customer, then has to authorize returns. Two weeks turned in to four, then six. Multiple phone calls, E-mails and complains gave no results, including not even the courtesy of a call back or return E-mail.
Finally got a return authorization after about 10 phone calls. Customers should be warned not to buy from this company, because they will have to fight to get authorization to return any merchandise.
