I have repeated payment issues with ADP Cobra Health Insurance and United Healthcare resulting in health providers be informed that my health insurance has expired. I am effectively paying for health insurance but not receiving coverage. Using ADP guidelines, I sent my payment electronically to ADP. It posted from my bank account on the 31 of January. This is for coverage effective for Feb 1,2014 and good for the month of February. However, today, 1/31/2014, I learned that in the United Healthcare computers, my health insurance shows as expired. Apparently it has been this way all month. I am unable to pickup prescription drugs. God knows what I will do if I need to go to the hospital. This is a recurring problem.
