Complaint / review text:
September 2014 a lady phoned pitching introduction pack of cleaning products, she talked fast, sometimes unclear. She said products are on special. I asked to send me info to check out first, she said we can only get it over the phone. At last I gave in, ordered some products. We didn't like the product, we payed for first order but told them we didn't want more. Didn't hear anything until January 2015, saying there's 2 bottles on back order, I couldn't recall anything about a back order but said okay. It came but with more bottles that we didn't order. I called immediately without taking anything out original packaging. They told me that we can't give it back. I said we didn't ordered, too expensive and we'll rather send it back. She said sent an email to stop account. We did, also sent products back with courier. 4 days later a guy phoned, said they don't except it back, it's our problem now, we have to pay. My manager phoned him, he wasn't very nice, even little aggressive, also threatened with lawsuit. He phoned again saying products is damaged and we have to pay. Today couriers phoned, they have the products, don't know where to go with it. I just want to warn people not to fall in the same trap!
