I ordered a parcel on 12 March from Expected delivery date was 13 March and according to the Kalahari website the parcel was dispatched on 12 March.
On 16 March I had not received my parcel and followed up via email. They responded stating the courier company needed more information on my address. I responded with the same address as registered on and said I had always used the same address and had previous parcels delivered without any problems. They responded saying my parcel would be delivered on 18 March.
My parcel was not delivered on 18 March. I followed up with an email explaining the problem and also stating that this was not the first time I had had a problem with Kalahari's client service (after almost a month of following up and complaints, a previous parcel was declared "lost" and all I received as an apology was a credit for the money I had already spent on the product).
On 20 March Kalahari phoned me and apologised, and confirmed the delivery address. They claimed that the parcel was with FedEx and would be delivered on 20 March.
My parcel was not delivered on 20 March. Five days later (25 March) I had still not received the parcel.
