I? Would like to follow up on a query lodged on 4 March 2015 - of which I have made follow up calls on for the past 3 to 4 weeks and have still yet to get a proper answer as to when it will be finally delivered.
? My parcel was apparently delivered to the wrong address on the 3rd of March 2015 and I had called the following day to find out where my parcel is since its stated on the site that it was delivered.
I? Must say I am absolutely appalled by the terrible service I have received from this company. I had been initially been dealing with a consultant named? Lizaan Cotzee who promised to resolve my query soonest - a few days later she is on leave and nobody really knows what is going on with my order. I have since spoken to numerous consultants and the airtime I have spent on calling Kalahari exceeds the value of the parcel.??
I will need my parcel delivered asap or refund my money within 48 hours - this is absolutely unacceptable and won't be recommending Kalahari to anyone!
? May I make you aware that my right as a consumer has been violated - I will be attaching a copy of this complaint, telephonic, twitter and email co
