The beginning of April, I saw that if you update your details with Mr Price by 'X' date via email or sms, then you could win something. I had to update my address anyway, so on the last day, I sent an email to update it. Days went by, and no response. I then sent another message, via online portal, and again, no response.
I then phoned the call centre, and the lady then recites my old address back to me because no one had bothered to update as per my email. I then gave her the new address. Again, as a backup, I forwarded the original email again to the "service" email address, without acknowledgement again.
Firstly, your customer services stinks. Secondly, your ploy to get people to update their details to win a prize, and then not entering them into your draw, is just unethical!
