Complaint / review text:
I placed an order for delivery of fresh fruit and flowers for my Dad's birthday. At the same time I placed an order for a gift for my Mom for Mother's day. My Mom got her gift (way to early because that was the only time they could deliver otherwise Monday after Mother's day) but my Dad who's Birthday it actually was on the 6th of May did not get his gift, even though I got confirmation that it was delivered. It was definitely not delivered at the correct place. I called Friday late afternoon to find out what was going on. The lady tried to get hold of the supplier but they were probably already closed (since it was after 5). She said she would call me back the next day (Saturday) but I haven't received a call from her and my email inquiry was answered with the "it was delivered". Did they actually check again with the florist that it was delivered?
This is totally unacceptable. I paid for a service and it was not delivered. I have had pretty good service up to now but I don't think I am going to make use of your services again.
