I ordered a gift from Netflorist (order nr 101093663) for my mother who lives in an old age home in Cape Town (I live in Johannesburg). She has no family there and very little friends. I do this every year and she so looks forward to it. I also did it last year and the gift was delivered without problems. I received a phone call on Saturday afternoon at 17:10 to inform me that no deliver was made since they could not find the address! I was very upset - firstly how can they not find the address when they have delivered there before and secondly why wait until 17:10 to let me know? Needless to say it was to late for me to arrange something else and my mother was alone on mothers' day without any gift. This was very unprofessional of them! It was clear that despite them knowing that it was a gift for mother's day they really did not care enough to find the address or call me earlier to inform me of the situation.
