Complaint / review text:
Bought a R150 voucher online, for a friend, to be redeemed online. He never received the voucher via email. I could not access the voucher from my order history online - one link didn't work, the other lead to an error page.
First and second support emails were ignored (both sent to two different email addresses) After several calls, and several failed promises from their IT department, my friend still had no email and I still had no voucher to redeem. Finally, after threats, the voucher number was emailed to me. My friend then had to try several times to register online and redeem the voucher. Now that he has, both of us will unsubscribe and never bother with this pointless lack of service again.
