Complaint / review text:
My daughter stays in Australia and ordered her mom flowers for mother's day via Netflorist to be delivered on Monday The flowers/gift wasn't delivered on Monday and when my daughter followed up with netflorist they informed her that it had been delivered. We informed her that we haven't received anything and even followed up from our side only to get lame excuses.
Netflorist promised to deliver on Tuesday which never happened, my daughter followed up again and they informed her that they'll definitely deliver on Wednesday.
The flowers/gift was eventually delivered on Wednesday afternoon but this was not the end of it. My wife sent my daughter a picture of the flowers/chocolates to informed her that she had received it only to find out that she ordered a vase and expensive chocolates which was replaced by cheap chocolates with nuts in.
My wife is allergic to nuts and we phoned Netflorist to inform them, they promised to have it sorted out but on Thursday the florist only delivered the correct chocolates but no vase. We phoned them again and they send out a cheap vase not the one that was ordered by my daughter in Australia.
Think twice before you make use of Netflorist!
