Bad Service, breach of Contract.

October couches were sent in for upholstery, Delivered in November. Wrong material, wrong colour & pillows were incorrectly made. Dee saw my wife, promise to fix, 2 weeks later items returned, again wrong colour, incorrect size & we found patches of old and different material used 2 upholster. Saw Dee in December promised to rectify. Dee collected Couches 27 Jan. 4 weeks later I called, Dee said sorry can't find material, we must choose other material. We chose other material, Promised 3 days to deliver. 3 weeks later I called, Sorry don't have money to buy material, will call me following day. 1 week later I called Dee, Dee says Sorry can't help after Dee Messed up the Coaches & took our money. Ask for couches to be delivered, following day Dee called back, can't deliver couches ripped apart, will call back. 1 week later I called back & asked for couches to be delivered. Couches delivered ripped apart, didn't even bother to put our new material back. Thousands of rands we paid upfront waisted. Have been to the store front to warn people, will continue to do so. Reporting to the CPA & Linden newspaper. Suspect Dee Rolls customers money, using the one's money to fix the next.
