My name is Nomfundo, I have an account with the store Foschini, my account was fully paid on the 27 May 2014 at the Foschini store in festival mall, till to date they haven't updated my details on my credit records, I have been calling TFG call center and sending emails, and i haven't been getting any productive response, all i ever get is we waiting for confirmation from our recoveries. How long does it take for recoveries to confirm payment, this is highly unacceptable!
You very quick to update if one is not paying do the same justice when one pays the account!
I need this account updated ASAP!
