Complaint / review text:
So me and my wife after saving for quite a while wanted to buy our first set of leather couches. We bought a set from coricraft in January 2014, it was supposed to take 6 weeks for delivery, we then only received our couches in March 2014, so it was 2 months late. Then after just 2 weeks the leather started cracking making small particles, not perfect for a R30 000 leather set, we then phoned and after 2 weeks got an assesor to come out and have a look, they then took 1 couch to get it fixed, was supposed to take 7 working days, it has been 3 weeks now and still not received it back, the other 2 couches have also done the same, so we have contacted coricraft hundreds of times and they are now saying they will give us a new set, as the leather is clearly not right on this set, but we have been struggling for a month to get feedback. Yesterday I finally got feedback and our 1 damaged couched will hopefully be delivered on thursday, then we need to wait another 6 weeks for our new set of couches. Will it only be 6 weeks, or maybe 4 months again.
This truly is some of the worst service I have ever received in my life, and someone needs to be taken to book for this. We need our couches
