Complaint / review text:
I placed an order for around $75.00 on November 17. They had taken the money out of my account on Nov. 19. I did receive an order number on their website immediately after I placed my order. But I didn't receive a confirmation email or absolutely ANYTHING from them. And still, no order. I have emailed them 4 times now and each time, I get an automated email from them stating that they have received my email and someone will email me back with an answer to my question within 1-2 business days. Well, needless to say, they haven't bothered to contact me.
The last 2 emails I wrote stated that I want my money back. Each time I try to call, I get their voice mail telling me that their mailbox is full and to hang up. I did get through yesterday and left a message telling them that I want my money back since they haven't bothered to send my order. On their website, it tells you that it will take 1-3 business days to process the order and you will receive the order within 10 business days after processing. If you don't receive it, contact them. Also, when they ship your order, the customer will get a TRACKING number - well, I didn't get one of those either.
I have read tons of complaints all over the internet about these people. I'm out $75.00 and I just want my money back - this isn't right.
