On the 17/09/2014 I've cancelled my contract centurion mega club, due to the reason I am leaving SA in November.in the first place it took me almost 2 weeks to get hold of them at the customer care because there was no answer. I cancelled my contract and they said the refund will be in my account in the next Friday, the 26th of Sep 2014. I've phoned twice since then where again there was no answer. My reference number is pf198207. I paid in advance for 24. Months and only used it for 4/5. Months.

Clearly you guys don't know how client service works after a complaint.
I stated in my first complaint that your customers service don't answer their phones and I am fed-up trying to get someone to talk to, but still you refer me to customer don't care line.
So I suggest someone phone me and sort this issue out. The money was approved more than 14 working days ago and still no money in my account.
I want the following answers:
1- Date when this money was approved according to your records
2- Date when this money will be in my account.
3- Why exactly does it take so long for nothing to happen.
