Second complaint, first complaint was never even replied back to me.
This time i have a issue again... I have been a member since Oct 2014. And i have mentioned that i do not want a debit order... And i would have paid upfront, provided somebody just lets me know, when i am close to my payment due period, and everything was fine in the begining, and yes i did put a stop order on any debit orders from Just gym, reason being i was told no debit orders will go through the account. And it has happened before they debited my account twice already if you have a look at my account, even though i mentioned and stated that i dont want any debit orders on my account... And was agreed to before joining... Now a debit through did not go through... And i am the one having a bad profile on my name.
Who is responsible for this...? Is this how Just gym works, so very unprofessional. If that is the case i want this whole contract cancelled... And i want to know this procedure... Asap.
